State-of-the-art Coach Buses

Why walk when you can ride? Taking 49 dazzled tourists at a time, The Ride’s original genius was its realization that the streets of Manhattan are a fifty-mile stage exhibiting the most riveting visuals on earth.  Picture this: specifically designed theatrical vehicles (the tallest allowed by federal law) fitted with stadium-style seating. Each multi-million coach orients 49 fortunate participants sideways. As if looking through the massive windows  like a live fishtank. All the while weaving through the bright, busy streets of Manhattan and Broadway. 

To add to the theatrical mix, each coach is equipped with surround sound, 3,000 LED lights and 40 video screens. Enhancing the visual and auditory spectacular of the whole The Ride New York experience. By either flashing trivia tidbits on screen, playing music or sound effects, or just gleaming up and about like how a real party bus does. At one point, we even caught ourselves singing along New York, New York Karaoke-style. From performers to passersby, THE RIDE interacts with everyone and everything it rolls by. Now it that doesn’t sound fun, I don’t know what is! Indeed, the coaches are events on their own!

Live Broadway on Broadway!

What’s better than Broadway? Live Broadway, of course. And that’s exactly what you get from The Ride of New York. What we loved most about the experience are the many surprises we’ve ‘picked up’ along the way. 

We’re talking about live theatrical shows by The Ride’s talented ensemble of actors, singers, dancers, and instrumentalists. All cleverly dressed up as random strangers on the streets of New York, suddenly turning to the audience for a show. Talk about a doctor in scrubs doing breakdance. Or a street vendor playing the saxaphone. Or how about ballet dancers putting up a show by the park? Pure talent and genius, simply put.

Lastly, we loved how spontaneous and interactive the hosts were. From their funny onboarding spiels, improv commentaries, to their witty bantering, there definitely won’t be any dull moments during The Ride.

It will run from October 1st, 2018 to October 31st, 2018.
